About the Company

We are a fast growing skincare brand offering premium, science-backed skincare products. Our goal is to expand into retail stores, salons, dermat clinics, and chemists with strong brand presence and consistent performance.

Key Responsibilities

Daily visits to beauty stores, cosmetic shops, chemists, salons, and dermat clinics. Pitch and explain product range, margins, offers, and schemes. Activate new retailers and take follow-up orders. Ensure product display and brand visibility. Build and maintain healthy retailer relationships. Daily reporting of visits, orders, and follow-ups.

Sales Target Conditions

To maintain performance and eligibility for incentives:

1. Monthly Sales Target

Minimum

?80,000 - ?1,20,000

in billed sales per month. Must activate

15-20 new shops

per month (or as per area potential).

2. Daily Activity Target

Minimum

15-20 shop visits

per day (can vary by area).

3. Incentive Eligibility Rules

Incentives applicable only if: ? Monthly sales target is achieved at 100%? Daily/Weekly reporting is consistent? No pending payment issues from the assigned area

4. Probation Performance Requirement

Within the first 45-60 days: ? Must activate at least

25 new retailers

? Must achieve

min. ?60,000 sales

5. Performance-Based Continuation

If targets are not met for 2 continuous months, performance review will be conducted. Strong performers are eligible for promotion to

Area Sales Manager

within 6-12 months.

Requirements

Experience in FMCG / Beauty / Pharma field sales preferred. Must have two-wheeler and mobile phone. Strong communication and convincing skills. Target-driven, disciplined, and honest.

Compensation

Fixed Salary:

?15,000 - ?20,000/month

Incentives:

Based on target achievement

New shop activation, reorders, monthly achievement bonus
