Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Field Sales Executive/Marketing Executive to manage hardware product sales in the assigned territory. The candidate should have strong communication skills, good market knowledge, and the ability to drive sales growth through field visits and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, visit, and develop new business opportunities in the hardware market. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective field sales strategies. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and dealers. Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and promotional activities. Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and new product trends. Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and ensure timely order closures. Prepare daily field visit reports and update the CRM/manager regularly. Manage territory planning, route planning, and timely customer follow-ups. Ensure product availability, visibility, and brand promotion in target markets. Coordinate with the internal team for order processing, dispatch, and payment follow-up.

Achievement of monthly sales targets. Increase in customer base and market penetration. Timely reporting and documentation. Customer satisfaction and strong relationship building. Effective territory management and route planning. On-time payment collection and zero outstanding issues.

Required Skills

Good communication and negotiation skills. Strong field sales knowledge, preferably in hardware products. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Basic computer skills (MS Office, Email, CRM). Mandatory:

Valid Driving License & ability to drive a car.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
