Client interaction:
Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations for prospective and existing customers.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Sales management:
Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas.
Negotiate contracts and handle customer objections.
Reporting and strategy:
Monitor competitor sales strategies and market trends.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Update and maintain customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
Collaboration and support:
Coordinate with other internal teams to ensure timely product delivery and customer satisfaction.
Attend training, trade shows, and industry events.
Qualifications and skills
Proven experience in a sales role.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong time management, organizational, and self-motivation skills.
Ability to work independently and travel frequently.
Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or a related field is often preferred.
