Job Title : Promoter - Airtel Soundbox (Field Executive)

Job Summary:

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Promoters to join our field sales team for Airtel Soundbox. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in promoting or selling digital payment devices such as Google Pay Soundbox, PhonePe, Paytm, or similar fintech products.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell Airtel Soundboxesto merchants and shop owners in assigned areas.
Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, and merchant interactions.
Educate customers about product features, benefits, and usage.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain proper records of visits, sales, and merchant feedback.
Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of field sales experiencein fintech products (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong convincing power and a target-driven attitude.
Must own a smartphone and be comfortable with fieldwork.
Compensation:

Salary: ?15,000 (Fixed)

Incentives: Up to ₹10,000 per month based on performance
