Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to sell our ERP software to schools. This role involves direct client visits, product demonstrations, and building strong relationships with school management across Madhya Pradesh.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate leads from schools in Indore and other cities of MP. Meet school principals, administrators, and management to present ERP solutions. Deliver product demos and explain software benefits. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets through closures. Build long-term relationships with schools for repeat business and referrals. Submit regular reports of leads, visits, and sales.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree (preferred but not mandatory). 6months-3 years of experience in field sales / software sales / education sector sales (freshers with good communication skills may also apply). Strong communication and persuasion skills. Bike is mandatory for field visits. Laptop preferred or can manage by their own for first 15 days . Willingness to travel extensively within MP.
Salary & Benefits
