AG Publishing House is a leading self-publishing and academic publishing company. We work with professors, PhD scholars, and institutions to transform research, thesis, and manuscripts into professionally published books.

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to join our Sales & Marketing team and drive growth through client visits, relationship-building, and publication promotion.

Key Responsibilities

Visit institutions, professors, scholars, and bookstores to promote and sell publications. Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups. Handle client queries and provide suitable publishing solutions. Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business expansion. Maintain accurate sales records, client databases, and reporting. Coordinate with the Sales & Marketing team for campaigns and events.

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline (Freshers can apply). Good communication skills in English and Hindi. Strong convincing, negotiation, and client-handling ability. Basic knowledge of data management (Excel/Google Sheets preferred). Own vehicle with valid driving license is mandatory. Prior sales experience in publishing/education sector is an advantage.
