Key Responsibilities



Identify, approach, and convert new business opportunities in the Indore region. Meet potential customers and present company products/services effectively. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business. Gather market insights and competitor information to strategize sales. Maintain accurate sales records, customer data, and daily reporting. Collaborate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.

Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred). 1-3 years of field sales experience (freshers with strong communication skills can also apply). Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Strong ability to build relationships and close deals. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Must be comfortable with extensive fieldwork across Indore. Proficiency in local language (Hindi) and basic English.
