Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Perform various Lead generation activity to generate lead through visits, calls & events

Conduct regular field visits to understand client needs and provide solutions.

Organize and participate in promotional activities, campaigns, and events.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.

Prepare and submit reports on client interactions, sales performance, and market feedback.

Achieve sales targets and business objectives within the assigned territory.

Knowledge



Must understand the market they are operating in.

Must have in depth product knowledge and the benefits it offers to customers.

Should have good understanding of the Organization's policies and processes related to customer.

Should have good knowledge of MS Office and other similar productivity tools

Should have fair understanding the technology landscape.

Skills / Qualification Required



Candidate must be Graduate or Post graduate

Excellent Sales, Negotiation and Interpersonal skills

Good communication skills (Hindi and English)

Good Presentation and Documentation Skill

Should have keen interest in selling and servicing software

Ability to prepare MIS Reports with MS-Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)

Compensation Offered

(You needn't reveal specific figures if you don't want to)

Attractive CTC as per capability of the candidate. ( 2.70Lac to 3.60Lac)



(CTC= Basic: 70%, Expenses: 5% / PLI: 25%)



Preferred Candidate



Preference to Commerce graduate with Good Academic and working knowledge of Tally.ERP9



Age group - 28-35, Married preferred, Office timing: 10 AM to 7.00 PM
