Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify potential customers and generate new business through field visits, cold calling, and networking. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business. Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to clients. Ensure timely collection of payments and resolve customer complaints. Maintain daily reports of sales activities and customer interactions. Coordinate with the internal team for order processing, delivery, and after-sales service. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends. Attend sales meetings, trade shows, and training sessions as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven field sales experience (1-3 years preferred). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and handle sales pressure. Strong time management and organizational skills. Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office. Must own a two-wheeler and a valid driving license
