Responsibilities:

Conducting market research to identify potential leads and prospects Meeting with customers to demonstrate Paytm's banking and mortgage products Negotiating and closing sales deals to meet revenue targets Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients Providing excellent customer service and addressing customer inquiries Collaborating with the sales team to achieve organizational goals Preparing sales reports and maintaining accurate records of sales activities Staying updated on industry trends and competitor activities

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven experience in sales or customer service is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong negotiation and persuasion skills Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets Basic knowledge of banking and mortgage products Willingness to travel within the assigned territory Highly motivated and result-driven individual
