We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for visiting prospective customers in the assigned territory, pitching products/services, and closing sales to help drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit potential customers at their premises to promote and sell products/services.
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, and referrals.
Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to clients.
Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of sales, customer visits, and follow-ups.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Provide feedback on customer needs, problems, interests, and competitive activities.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and after-sales support.
Requirements:
Proven experience in field sales or a similar role (1-3 years preferred).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to travel extensively within the assigned area.
Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and mobile sales tools/apps.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in Ed-tech , Staffing and recruitment
Local language fluency and familiarity with the assigned region.
Valid driver's license and own vehicle (if required).
