Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote and sell electrical products (e.g., cables, wires, switchgear, panels, lighting, etc.) to distributors, retailers, contractors, and project sites. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of the electrical industry and a strong network within the market.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and visit potential customers (retailers, dealers, contractors) for new business. Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails. Generate and follow up on sales leads. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Provide technical information and product demonstrations when required. Collect market feedback and report to the sales manager. Ensure timely payment collections and resolve any client queries. Maintain records of sales calls, client interactions, and product issues.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (preferred in Electrical Engineering or related fields). Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the electrical or industrial product sector. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. Own vehicle and willingness to travel extensively.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of electrical products (switches, cables, panels, etc.) Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office Negotiation and closing skills

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
