The role involves field visits, lead generation, client relationship management, and coordination with the technical team to deliver smart building operation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Meet Facility Managers / Infra Managers / Estate Heads
Sell Building ERP to residential, tech park, mall, hospitals.
Demo scheduling
Requirement gathering
prospecting-> demo-->pilot-> closure
Customer relationship maintenance
Coordination & Reporting
Work closely with the technical, operations, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Prepare daily visit reports, maintain CRM data, and update sales forecasts.
Participate in marketing events, exhibitions, and seminars to represent the ubicos axis solution.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education:
Diploma or BE/ BTech
OR Graduate in Business / Marketing with strong technical aptitude.
Experience:
0-2 years of experience in
Facility Management
,
field sales of automation, or building management systems (BMS/BAS)
.
Prior experience in
construction tech
,
energy management
, or
smart building
solutions preferred.
Technical Understanding:
Basic knowledge of IoT devices, sensors, gateways, and automation systems.
Ability to explain technical solutions in simple business terms.
Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Soft Skills:
Strong communication and presentation abilities.
Negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel extensively.
