Key Responsibilities:



Sales Coordination:



o Support the sales team in managing client inquiries, scheduling meetings, and preparing quotations/proposals.

o Track sales leads, opportunities, and client communications through CRM or Excel trackers.

o Coordinate with the technical/pre-sales team for product demonstrations and client presentations.

Documentation & Reporting:



o Prepare sales reports, proposals, and presentation materials.

o Maintain and update client databases and sales records.

o Support in preparing sales forecasts, monthly MIS, and dashboards.

Customer Communication:



o Act as a point of contact between clients and internal teams for queries and updates.

o Follow up with clients for proposal status, documentation, and payments.

o Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt response and coordination.

Internal Coordination:



o Work closely with the accounts and operations team for order processing and invoicing.

o Liaise with the implementation/support team for smooth project handovers.

o Assist in preparing marketing materials and coordinating promotional activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 2-5 years of experience in

sales coordination or inside sales

, preferably in

ERP / IT software products

. Strong communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in

MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Detail-oriented and proactive in handling client and internal requirements.
