Job Responsibility
Market Penetration:
Conduct extensive field visits to identify new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive agent partnerships and increase Water park ticket sales.
Identify and engage with potential agents, building strong relationships to promote the water park.
Conduct presentations and product training sessions for agents to enhance their understanding of our offerings.
Monitor and analyse sales performance, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
Collaborate with marketing to create promotional materials and campaigns targeting agents.
Attend industry trade shows and events to network and promote the water park.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback refine sales strategies.
Qualifications:
4+ years of sales experience, preferably in the travel, tourism, or entertainment sectors.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with agents and partners.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in sales reporting tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Passion for the entertainment and hospitality industry.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
