Job Summary

The Field Sales Executive is responsible for executing sales activities in assigned territories to drive distribution, visibility, and sales growth of chocolate and FMCG products. The role focuses on retailer acquisition, order generation, merchandising, and relationship management to ensure strong market presence and consistent secondary sales.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Distribution



Visit assigned retail outlets daily to generate orders and achieve sales targets Appoint new retailers and expand market coverage within the territory Ensure product availability and proper stock rotation at retail outlets Collect orders, coordinate deliveries, and follow up on payments if required

Market Execution & Merchandising



Ensure proper product display, shelf placement, and brand visibility Implement in-store promotions, schemes, and trade offers Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotions in the market Ensure adherence to company merchandising and branding guidelines

Relationship Management



Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and wholesalers Address retailer concerns and resolve issues promptly Educate retailers on product features, schemes, and new launches

Reporting & Coordination



Submit daily sales reports, market feedback, and outlet coverage details Coordinate with distributors and internal teams for smooth execution Track sales performance against targets and suggest improvement actions
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
