Business Development Executive (BDE) - Field Sales
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for meeting prospective clients in person, presenting our services, and converting leads into successful business opportunities. This role is ideal for MBA Sales freshers who are passionate about field sales and client interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Attend in-person client meetings scheduled by the lead generation team.
Pitch and present the company's services and offerings to prospective clients.
Understand client requirements, discuss solutions, and address objections effectively.
Build strong client relationships and ensure continuous engagement.
Negotiate commercial terms and close deals successfully.
Maintain records of meetings, follow-ups, and sales activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
Eligibility & Requirements:
MBA in Sales / Marketing (Freshers welcome).
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and field visits.
Result-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and business development.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
