Job Summary:



We are seeking a motivated and client-focused

Sales Executive (Financial Services)

to join our team in Pune. The role involves acquiring new clients, nurturing long-term relationships, and providing comprehensive financial solutions. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about financial advisory and sales, especially within Mutual Funds and related investment products.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Client Relationship Management & Service:



Proactively engage with existing investors to understand their financial goals and conduct periodic portfolio reviews. Respond to client queries and transactional requirements with accuracy and efficiency. Strengthen client relationships by identifying opportunities to expand wallet share and recommending suitable financial solutions.

2. Business Development & Sales:



Acquire new retail and high-net-worth (HNI) clients through networking, referrals, and targeted business development activities. Cross-sell and up-sell various financial products to match client needs and enhance revenue. Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales and revenue targets.

3. Financial Advisory & Compliance:



Conduct detailed financial needs assessments and recommend appropriate investment and protection products. Maintain strong product knowledge of Mutual Funds, Insurance, Bonds, and other financial instruments. Ensure complete and accurate documentation, including KYC and regulatory compliance requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

:

Education:

Postgraduate degree in Finance, Marketing, or equivalent. Certifications such as

NISM

or

IRDAI

licenses will be an added advantage.

Experience:

0-1 year in sales or financial advisory roles; candidates from the Insurance sector are welcome.

Sales & Negotiation:

Strong persuasion abilities and a target-driven approach.

Client Orientation:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.

Product Knowledge:

Basic understanding of financial products and market dynamics.

Self-Motivated:

Proactive, ambitious, and eager to grow within the financial services sector.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
