JOB TITLE:

EXECUTIVE SALES (FIELD)



A Field Sales Executive is a professional, who works in sales and is responsible for generating business by selling products or services directly to clients or customers in their assigned area, Responsible for recoveries, targets and growth of the company.

RESPONISIBILITES:



1) Meeting Sales Targets:

Responsible for meeting sales targets by performing the sales activities. Primarily will be engaged in field sales i.e. visits to customers for generation of inquiries and conversion. Shall religiously prepare and submit weekly reports for sales visits.

2) Sales Activities:

Engage in various sales activities to promote the company's products or services. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities. Conduct field visits to meet potential and existing customers. Generate inquiries through face-to-face interactions.

3) Techno-Commercial Offers:

Prepare and submit comprehensive techno-commercial offers to prospective customers. Follow up on submitted offers to address any queries or concerns.

4) Follow-up and Conversion:

Visit customers for follow-up on inquiries and work towards converting them into actual business or orders. Actively participate in negotiations and finalize business proposals.

5) Coordination

: Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth post-order activities. Address any compliance issues until the closure of the order.

6) Recoveries:

Take responsibility for the collection of payments from customers. Implement effective strategies for timely recoveries.

7) Post-Sales Support:

Collaborate with the service team to provide post-sales support to customers. Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.

8) Reports & Meetings

: Prepare and submit weekly reports detailing sales and marketing visits. Provide insights and updates on the progress of sales activities. Attend weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales meetings and reviews. Participate actively, providing input and feedback on sales performance

9) Training Programs:

Attend technical and other training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills. Stay updated on industry trends and product developments.

QUALIFICATIONS:



MUST HAVE:



o Any graduate from a reputed university

o Excellent communication and people skills

o 1 to 2 years preferably from relevant industry or sales domain.

NICE TO HAVE:



o Sales skills, geographical knowledge and market awareness, Analytical

o Experience / knowledge in sales of boom lifts / scissor lifts, lubricants, scaffolds, industrial safety equipment, fire safety equipment.
