Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic

Outbound Sales Executive

to join our team in Nagpur. The role involves visiting retail shops and local businesses to promote and sell our products/services, build strong relationships, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct

shop-to-shop visits

to promote and sell company products/services. Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors. Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Collect customer feedback and share insights with the management team. Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and follow-ups. Represent the company professionally and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Minimum

1 year of experience

in field sales, retail sales, or outbound sales. Excellent

communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and meet sales targets. Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.

Two-wheeler and valid driving license

preferred. Local area knowledge (Nagpur) is an added advantage.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
