The Site Visit Coordinator / Property Escort is responsible for facilitating smooth, professional, and well-coordinated property visits between clients and the company. This role requires the individual to accompany clients to various project locations, provide basic real estate information, represent the company professionally, and ensure a seamless site visit experience. The coordinator acts as an important link between the client and the company, maintaining communication, ensuring punctuality, and delivering high-quality service standards.
The ideal candidate must maintain excellent behavior, follow company protocols, and uphold First Square Feet's professional work culture. This role is integral to creating a positive first impression of the company and enhancing the client's property exploration experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Coordination
Accompany clients to assigned property locations on behalf of the company.
Provide basic project information (location, amenities, connectivity, pricing ranges if trained).
Ensure punctuality and a smooth experience during all site visits.
Maintain a professional and polite attitude throughout client interactions.
Ensure client comfort, safety, and proper navigation during site visits.
Operational Duties
Coordinate with Sales Managers/Team Leaders to confirm visit timings and locations.
Maintain a daily log of completed visits, cancellations, and rescheduled visits.
Update visit status to the sales team immediately after completion.
Ensure the assigned company vehicle (if provided) or route planning is well managed.
Assist in basic visit-related documentation or forms if required.
Communication & Conduct
Maintain clear communication between clients, sales teams, and property representatives.
Report any challenges, delays, or issues to the concerned manager promptly.
Uphold professional behavior, dress code, grooming standards, and positive attitude.
Follow all company guidelines, protocols, and confidentiality standards.
Support Responsibilities
Provide on-ground assistance during peak hours or special events.
Ensure all site visit material (brochures, location maps, water bottles if provided) is arranged.
Support sales teams with basic operational tasks related to the visit.
Job RequirementsEducation & Experience
Graduation is preferred.
Basic knowledge of field sales or customer-facing roles.
Experience in fieldwork, client handling, or hospitality will be an added advantage.
Skills & Competencies
Good communication skills Marathi, Hindi, English.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Professional and courteous behavior at all times.
Basic understanding of real estate terms and project details (training will be provided).
Ability to follow instructions and company protocols strictly.
Time management, punctuality, and reliability.
Good navigation skills and familiarity with city routes.

Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Weekly Off: Monday (Should be available if there is a client visit)
