Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base in industrial/manufacturing sectors.
Meet customers, understand requirements, and recommend suitable products.
Prepare and present quotations, negotiate pricing, and close orders.
Build strong customer relationships and provide after-sales support.
Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Coordinate with internal teams (procurement, logistics, accounts) for timely order execution.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline (Technical background preferred).
1-5 years of experience in
industrial product sales
or
MRO product sales
.
Strong product knowledge of pneumatic tools, industrial consumables, and safety equipment.
Excellent communication, negotiation & customer-handling skills.
Ability to travel to customer sites/industrial areas.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic CRM handling.
Target-oriented with good follow-up skills.
