We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented
Field Sales Executive
to join our box manufacturing company. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding packaging requirements, and achieving monthly sales targets. The role requires regular field visits, customer follow-ups, and coordination with the production and dispatch teams.
Key Responsibilities:1. Sales & Business Development
Identify and generate new business opportunities in the packaging/box industry.
Visit potential customers daily and present product offerings.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct market research to identify potential customers and understand competitor activities.
2. Client Relationship Management
Maintain healthy and professional relationships with existing and new customers.
Understand customer requirements related to corrugated boxes, carton strength, sizes, and printing.
Provide accurate quotations and follow up until order confirmation.
Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints promptly.
3. Coordination & Documentation
Coordinate with production, design, and dispatch teams to ensure timely order execution.
Maintain daily visit reports, follow-up records, and order tracking sheets.
Submit daily/weekly sales reports to the Sales Manager.
Assist in payment follow-up and ensure timely collection.
4. Field Responsibilities
Regular field visits to industries, warehouses, factories, and local markets.
Attend client meetings, site inspections, and sampling sessions.
Promote new products and solutions to customers.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum
1-3 years
of experience in field sales (packaging industry preferred).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of corrugated boxes, printing, GSM, BF, and sheet quality (preferred).
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Good knowledge of local market and industrial areas.
Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and maintaining sales reports.
Eligibility & Requirements:
Education:
HSC / Graduate in any discipline.
Must have own two-wheeler
with valid driving license.
Ready for extensive travel and daily field visits.
Willingness to work under target-driven environment.
