requiring proactive market visits, lead generation, and coordination with internal teams.
2. Key Responsibilities
A. Sales & Business Development
Generate leads through field visits, cold calls, transport hubs, industrial clusters & fleet owners.
Achieve monthly booking & delivery targets.
Present product features, benefits, and comparative advantages of Ashok Leyland LCVs.
Conduct product demos & support customers during test drives.
Follow the full sales cycle:
Maintain regular follow-up with prospective customers.
Build strong relationships with key accounts, fleet operators, logistics companies, MSMEs, and local businesses.
Ensure excellent customer satisfaction at delivery and post-delivery stages.
C. Documentation & Coordination
Coordinate with Finance, Service & Accounts teams for login, approval, DO, and delivery.
Prepare and submit quotations, booking forms, and documentation as needed.
Maintain sales reports in CRM/Excel and update daily activity.
D. Market Intelligence
Track competitor activities, pricing trends, exchange offers, and customer preferences.
Provide feedback to management for improving sales strategies.
3. Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum
HSC / Graduate
preferred.
1-5 years of experience in Automobile Sales / Commercial Vehicles / Field Sales.
Strong communication skills (Hindi, Marathi essential; English preferred).
Familiarity with Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai routes & markets.
Ability to work in target-oriented, field-intensive environments.
Basic computer skills (Excel, WhatsApp, Email).
Two-wheeler with valid driving licence preferred.
