Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, expanding existing customer relationships, and driving sales growth through face-to-face interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct sales calls and meetings with customers to understand needs and present solutions

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities

- Build relationships with key decision-makers

- Negotiate and close sales deals

- Maintain accurate sales records and reports

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity

Performance Metrics:

- Sales revenue targets

- Customer satisfaction ratings

- Sales conversion rates

- Meeting productivity and efficiency

Requirements:

- 2+ years of field sales experience

- Proven sales track record

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills

- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools

Working Conditions:
