Job Overview:

We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated

Feet on Street (FOS) - Field Sales Executive

to join our growing team. This role is focused entirely on

field visits, client engagement, and promoting company products

through direct interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct

home visits

to engage clients and promote company products. Travel extensively to meet existing and potential clients to drive sales. Participate in

campaigns, camps, and promotional activities

. Carry out

on-ground marketing

using physical materials such as banners, pamphlets, and standees. Identify new customers and maintain strong relations with existing clients. Arrange meetings at clients' homes or offices to encourage purchases or subscriptions. Work to increase

client walk-ins

for the company. Perform all necessary fieldwork as part of daily responsibilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum

Graduate

or relevant marketing experience.

1-3 years

of field marketing or field sales experience preferred. Strong communication skills in

English, Hindi, and Marathi

. Must possess a

valid driver's license

and own a

two-wheeler

. Strong persuasive skills, adaptability, and innovative mindset. Genuine interest in field marketing and sales.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
