Initiate dialogue with new connections for business opportunity discussion
Regularly follow up on the prospects through various marketing initiatives to generate enquiries
Enquiry Management
Attend to the new enquiry received and understand the buyer's requirement
Send suitable presentations to the buyers
Solve customer queries regarding the product by providing technical information with the help of technical team
Meet customers for discussion and negotiation and make efforts to close the order
Commence the empanelment process and complete any documentation required to be registered as vendors
Connect the customer to merchandiser for future continuous business
Customer Relationship Management
Maintain relationships with clients through telephone calls, emails, personal visits
Take feedback and attend to all issues related to sales, marketing and deliveries
Assist in managing issues due to defaults on the part of the customer (payments & drawing approvals)
Facilitate after sales service and ensure that the issue is resolved
MIS & Reporting
Prepare Visit Plans
Update CRM
Prepare Sales MIS Reports
