will be responsible for promoting and selling Ubicos'
Building Information Management System (BIMS)
solutions to builders, facility managers, real estate developers, and infrastructure companies. The role involves field visits, lead generation, client relationship management, and coordination with the technical team to deliver smart building operation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities for BIMS and related building solutions.
Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and solution presentations at project sites or offices.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic territory planning.
Maintain a strong pipeline of leads across residential, commercial, and industrial segments.
Client Relationship Management
Build long-term relationships with builders, consultants, facility management teams, and electrical/MEP contractors.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the solution design team for customized proposals.
Ensure timely follow-up on inquiries, quotations, and negotiations leading to order closure.
Coordination & Reporting
Work closely with the technical, operations, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Prepare daily visit reports, maintain CRM data, and update sales forecasts.
Participate in marketing events, exhibitions, and seminars to represent the BIMS solution.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education:
Diploma or BE/ BTech
OR Graduate in Business / Marketing with strong technical aptitude.
Experience:
1-4 years of experience in
Facility Management
,
field sales of automation, or building management systems (BMS/BAS)
.
Prior experience in
construction tech
,
energy management
, or
smart building
solutions preferred.
Technical Understanding:
Basic knowledge of IoT devices, sensors, gateways, and automation systems.
Ability to explain technical solutions in simple business terms.
Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Soft Skills:
Strong communication and presentation abilities.
Negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel extensively.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Achievement of monthly sales and collection targets.
Number of new accounts and active leads generated.
Client satisfaction and repeat business rate.
Timely and accurate reporting in CRM and MIS.
