Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven

Field Sales Executives

to join our dynamic team in

Navi Mumbai

.
This role is ideal for candidates who love interacting with students, enjoy on-ground marketing, and are passionate about helping learners choose the right academic path.

Key Responsibilities

Visit

a minimum of 3 colleges or campuses per day

across Mumbai to engage with students.

Promote EduJam's online degree programs

and guide students toward informed career decisions. Conduct

interactive presentations and counseling sessions

during campus visits. Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and

convert inquiries into enrollments.

Maintain accurate records of visits, counseling sessions, and conversions. Collaborate with the internal sales and marketing team to

achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

Candidate Profile

Prior

field sales experience

preferred (EdTech industry experience is a plus).

Freshers

with strong communication and interpersonal skills are welcome! Excellent

presentation, persuasion, and counseling

abilities. Willingness to travel extensively across Mumbai. Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented individual.
