We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Field Sales Executive

to join our real estate team in Connaught Place. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, showcasing properties, and closing deals. You will be the face of the company on the ground, helping clients find properties that suit their needs while meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and generate potential leads through field visits, cold calling, referrals, and networking. Conduct market research to identify potential clients (buyers, investors, or tenants). Schedule and conduct site/property visits with clients. Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property options (commercial or residential). Maintain strong relationships with property owners, brokers, and channel partners. Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintain updated knowledge of current market trends, prices, and competitor offerings. Provide post-sale support and handle customer queries. Prepare daily and weekly sales reports for management. Attend company meetings, briefings, and training sessions.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
