Job Overview:
We are hiring
dynamic and self-driven Field Sales Executives
to promote and sell our range of BRISCAD Software versions--to customers across Mumbai, Mumbai Suburbs, Thane, Navi Mumbai and Nashik regions. Each product line represents a unique solution for different engineering needs, and we are looking for professionals with the ability to understand technical products and translate their benefits to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Identify and qualify potential customers through field visits, cold calling, networking, and online platforms.
Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
2. Solution Selling:
Understand customer requirements and offer product recommendations based on their needs.
Work with the technical team for product demos, POCs, and solution presentations.
3. Sales Closure & Reporting:
Prepare and send proposals/quotes, negotiate terms, and close sales orders.
Maintain accurate records in CRM and share weekly progress reports with the sales manager.
4. Client Relationship Management:
Build strong post-sales relationships for upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
Collaborate with the technical and support teams for implementation follow-up.
Candidate Profile:
Education:
Degree in Mechanical, Production, or related Engineering fields preferred.
MBA in Marketing or Sales
is highly preferred.
Experience:
2-5 years of B2B field sales experience in technical/engineering/IT products.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.
Willingness to travel across Mumbai, Thane, and Navi Mumbai.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹48,000.00 per month
