Role Description
This is a full-time permanent role as a Sales Executive at Nirmal Automation in Pune. The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling industrial automation products like motorized Door, Gates, Shutters & Dock levelers etc. and solutions, building and maintaining customer relationships, meeting sales targets, and providing excellent customer service. This role involves collaborating with the engineering team to tailor solutions to clients' specific needs. Travel for meeting at clients factory site is must.
Qualifications Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
skills 1-2 years of experience required Knowledge of Industrial Automation product like motorized Door, Gates, Shutters & Dock levelers etc.
Candidates from Construction background will be preferred.
Strong communication and negotiation abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in technical or engineering sales is a plus
Degree/ Diploma in Electrical, E&TC, Instrumentation, Production OR Business MBA in Marketing, BD, or related field
The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.
