Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



As a Field / Sales Executive, you will play a vital role in expanding our hospital's outreach efforts, building relationships, and supporting on-ground activities across multiple sectors.

1. Outreach & Mapping:

Identify and map camps. Track and explore new outreach opportunities.

2. Camp Planning & Execution:

Plan and coordinate camps and awareness drives. Assist in camp related activities.

3. Optical & Retail Relationship Building

Build and maintain partnerships and promote hospital services.

4. TPA & Institutional Coordination

Develop and manage relationships. Support documentation, lead generation, and coordination for TPA-based patients.

5. Doctor & Community Activation:

To increase patient referrals.

6. Reporting & Follow-ups

Maintain accurate records of visits, leads, partnerships, and follow-up actions.

7. Marketing Support

Assist in executing marketing and branding activities.
