Sales Development:

Identify and target new business opportunities within the assigned territory. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales goals. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.

Client Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients. Conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to effectively communicate the value proposition. Address client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner.

Sales Execution:

Prepare and deliver sales proposals and contracts, ensuring all client requirements are met. Negotiate terms and conditions to close sales and achieve profitability targets. Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify additional sales opportunities.

Account Management:

Manage and grow existing accounts by providing exceptional service and support. Monitor account performance and provide recommendations for improvements or upselling opportunities. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and account status.

Reporting and Analysis:

Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to management. Track sales metrics and analyze performance to adjust strategies and improve results. Prepare and present forecasts and sales plans to achieve targets.

Product Knowledge and Training:

Stay informed about company products, services, and industry developments. Attend training sessions and industry events to enhance product knowledge and sales skills. Educate clients on product benefits and features to effectively address their needs.

7. Market and Product Knowledge:



Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Maintain in-depth knowledge of company products and services to provide accurate information and recommendations

Qualifications: Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree or MBA is a plus.

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a field-based.

Skills:

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:



Experience in Sales And Business Developments. Familiarity with sales methodologies and techniques.

Working Conditions:



Frequent travel within the assigned territory to meet clients and attend sales meetings. Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends as needed to achieve sales goals.
