Field Sales Executive
to join our energetic team.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients by understanding their requirements and offering customized solutions.
Sales Target Achievement:
Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
Sales Presentations & Demonstrations:
Present and demonstrate company services/products effectively to potential clients.
Negotiation & Deal Closure:
Negotiate terms, finalize contracts, and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
Pipeline & Reporting:
Manage the sales pipeline, maintain CRM records, and provide regular updates and reports.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, operations, and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Market Awareness:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
Preferred Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
Experience:
Minimum
2 years and 12 months of proven sales experience
(preferably in field sales or entertainment industry).
Skills:
Strong lead generation abilities
Excellent convincing and negotiation skills
Proficiency in cold calling and client engagement
Compensation
Salary Range: ?10,000 - ?35,000 (based on experience and performance)
