Field Sales Executive

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and meet prospective customers through field visits. Conduct effective product demonstrations and presentations. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales progress using CRM tools. Provide feedback from the field to improve product offerings and customer service. Collaborate with the internal sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach.

Key Requirements:



1-3 years of experience in field sales or a similar customer-facing role. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Experience with CRM software/tools for sales tracking and reporting. Ability to deliver engaging product demos and handle client queries. Must be comfortable with regular local travel within Mumbai.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
