We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Sales Executive to conduct field visits to residential areas, engage with homeowners, and generate inquiries for our fire safety solutions. The role involves educating potential customers about fire safety, understanding their needs, and collecting relevant data for follow-ups by our technical or sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct door-to-door visits or attend residential society meetings to introduce the company's fire safety solutions.
Collect inquiries and data from potential customers for fire alarm systems, fire extinguishers, fire fighting systems, and AMC services.
Educate residents on the importance of fire safety and provide basic product information.
Maintain accurate records of leads and inquiries in the prescribed format.
Coordinate with the internal sales/technical team for follow-ups and site visits.
Report daily visit details and inquiry status to the supervisor or team lead.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales or customer outreach (preferably in security systems, appliances, or safety products).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport with different types of customers.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel locally.
Basic knowledge of fire safety products is a plus (training will be provided).
