We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to promote our uPVC window profile products across assigned territories. The role involves client acquisition, relationship management, market development, and achieving sales targets through direct field engagement with fabricators, builders, contractors, and architects.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential customers including fabricators, builders, architects, and interior designers.
Conduct field visits to generate leads and convert them into sales.
Promote the company's uPVC profiles by demonstrating technical knowledge and understanding client needs.
Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.
Coordinate with the internal team for quotations, delivery timelines, and after-sales support.
Conduct market research to understand competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer preferences.
Submit daily field reports, visit summaries, and market feedback.
Participate in exhibitions, site visits, product demos, and promotional campaigns as required.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Graduate or Diploma in any discipline; preference for candidates from Civil/Mechanical/Building Materials background.
1-3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the uPVC, hardware, or construction materials industry.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Own two-wheeler and a valid driving license is mandatory.
Goal-oriented with a proactive sales mindset.
Preferred Attributes:
Local language proficiency (e.g., Marathi, Hindi, etc.) along with English.
Familiarity with CRM tools and reporting formats.
Knowledge of uPVC or fenestration products is a plus.
