We are looking for a driven and technically sound Field Sales Executive to promote and sell electrical products including solar systems, UPS, and batteries. The role involves field visits, client meetings, lead generation, and achieving monthly sales targets within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential customers: industries, commercial buildings, dealers, and electrical contractors.
Promote and sell solar power systems, inverters, UPS systems and batteries.
Generate new leads through field visits, cold calling, and networking.
Provide product demonstrations and explain technical specifications to clients.
Coordinate with the technical/service team for site surveys, installations, and after-sales support.
Maintain relationships with existing clients and upsell/cross-sell related products.
Track competitor activities and update management regularly.
Prepare daily visit reports and maintain documentation of client interactions.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Candidate Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or relevant technical field preferred.
1-5 years of experience in field sales, especially in electrical, solar, UPS, or battery segment.
Strong communication and customer handling skills.
Technical understanding of solar systems, UPS, inverters, and battery types (SMF, Tubular, Lithium, etc.).
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving license.
Basic MS Office and CRM familiarity is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
