Key Responsibilities



Real Estate Agent/Broker Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, brokers, and societies, ensuring seamless collaboration and satisfaction. Society Acquisition: Identify and approach potential societies to establish and expand business relationships. Market Research: Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities and potential clients in the real estate domain. Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate and nurture leads. Sales Negotiation: Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets. Fieldwork: Conduct on-site visits to real estate agents, brokers, societies, and partners to build rapport and address queries.

Key Skills and Qualifications



Freshers/ 0-1 year of Field Sales Experience Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Self-motivated and target-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. Familiarity with the real estate domain is a plus. Willingness to travel and work on-field as required. Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
