We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our fast-paced
advertising agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients,
pitching our advertising solutions, and closing sales through in-person meetings. This is a
field-based role requiring strong interpersonal skills, persistence, and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit potential clients (local businesses, brands, retailers, etc.) to present and sell
advertising solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Understand client needs and recommend suitable advertising options (print, digital,
outdoor, social media, etc.).
Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Follow up with leads, schedule meetings, and close deals effectively.
Coordinate with internal creative and marketing teams to ensure smooth delivery of
campaigns.
Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client communications.
Provide market feedback to management and suggest improvements to offerings.
Requirements:
Proven experience in field sales, preferably in advertising, media, or marketing.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Familiarity with the local market and client landscape is a plus.
Must own a two-wheeler and smartphone (for local travel and communication).
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
