Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and self-driven
Field Sales Executive
to promote and sell our range of medical devices to doctors, biomedical technicians, and healthcare institutions. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, willing to travel extensively, and capable of building strong relationships in the healthcare ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Doctor & Technician Engagement
: Visit clinics, hospitals, and diagnostic centers to introduce and demonstrate medical devices.
Lead Generation & Conversion
: Identify potential customers, generate leads, and convert them into sales through consultative selling.
Product Demonstration
: Explain technical features and benefits of devices to biomedical engineers and healthcare professionals.
Reporting & Documentation
: Maintain daily visit logs, lead status reports, and sales documentation.
Relationship Building
: Develop long-term relationships with key stakeholders to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Market Intelligence
: Gather insights on competitor products, pricing, and customer preferences to inform strategy.
Eligibility Criteria
Education
: Minimum 12th pass; graduates in any stream preferred.
Experience
: Freshers or candidates with 1-2 years of field sales experience in healthcare, pharma, or FMCG.
Travel Readiness
: Willingness to travel across assigned territory daily.
Communication Skills
: Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with medical professionals.
Sales Drive
: Passion for selling and achieving targets with a proactive attitude.
Preferred Attributes
Basic understanding of medical devices or healthcare terminology.
Local language proficiency and cultural awareness.
