We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential clients in person, and closing sales to achieve business targets. This role requires frequent travel within assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and networking.
Visit clients on-site to present products or services, understand customer requirements, and build lasting relationships.
Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Maintain accurate records of all sales leads, customer accounts, and sales activity using CRM tools.
Follow up on leads and conduct regular customer visits for retention and upselling.
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth delivery of products/services
Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to the Sales Manager.
Stay informed on competitor activities, market trends, and customer needs.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred, not mandatory).
Proven experience in field sales, direct sales, or a customer-facing role (1-3 years preferred).
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Ability to travel extensively within assigned territory.
Proficiency in using smartphones and basic software tools (CRM, Excel, Google Workspace, etc.)
Two-wheeler with valid driving license (if applicable).
