Key Responsibilities:
Visit construction, infrastructure, and industrial sites to identify potential customers
Generate and collect new sales leads through field visits
Meet clients, understand their requirements, and explain company products/services
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
Follow up on leads and coordinate with the internal team to close sales
Maintain daily/weekly visit and lead reports
Experience & Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in field sales (preferably in construction equipment, access equipment, or related industries)
Fresh but experienced field sales candidates can also be considered
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to confidently speak with clients and understand their needs
Willingness to travel and work on-site
Skills Required:
Good verbal communication skills
Customer-handling and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and target-oriented
Basic knowledge of sales processes
