Field Sales Executive (Male)

with strong mechanical product knowledge to expand our market presence, build customer relationships, and drive sales growth through effective on-field engagement.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and confident Male Field Sales Executive with 2-4 years of sales experience. The candidate will be responsible for visiting clients, generating leads, promoting products, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit potential customers to promote and sell company products

Generate new leads and maintain strong relationships with existing clients

Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports

Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and follow-ups

Maintain professionalism and represent the company brand effectively

Skills & Requirements

Male candidate preferred

Post Graduate in MBA

2-4 years of field sales experience

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently and meet targets

Willingness to travel for field visits

Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
