Field Sales Executives

Key Responsibilities

Identify and engage potential clients interested in IndiaMART's digital products and services. Generate leads through planned field visits, meetings, and follow-ups. Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers. Conduct product demonstrations, client meetings, and negotiations for closures. Support the business development team in revenue generation and customer retention. Prepare quotations, proposals, and meeting minutes for managers/executives. Manage CRM entries, sales reports, and performance records accurately. Process client orders and coordinate timely deliveries. Participate actively in team meetings, performance reviews, and skill-development sessions.
Requirements & Skills

Bachelor's degree in any field. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales (B2B preferred). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. High level of self-motivation and target orientation. Strong collaboration skills and team spirit. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Must own a two-wheeler, valid RC, Driving License, and an Android smartphone.

Pay: ?21,500.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
