Job Summary
We are seeking a driven
Field Sales Executive
to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting restaurant partners to use Foaps. You'll work directly with decision-makers, delivering demos, closing sales, and ensuring smooth onboarding. This role is ideal for individuals who are self-motivated, love meeting new people, and have a passion for technology and sales.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and follow up on leads via field visits, cold calls, networking, and online research.
Pitch and demonstrate the Foaps product to restaurant owners and managers.
Manage the full sales cycle - from prospecting to closing and onboarding.
Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships within your territory.
Collect and share client feedback with the product and support teams to drive product improvements.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
Prepare daily/weekly reports by collecting and analyzing sales data.
Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently.
Travel within the city/assigned region to meet clients and attend meetings or events.
Requirements
1-2 years of proven field sales experience (B2B preferred).
Experience in selling software or tech-enabled solutions is a strong plus.
Proficient in using CRM tools and basic computer applications.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Willingness to travel frequently within the city.
Candidates with arrears or backlogs in education may also apply.
