Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales of Castrol lubricants in the Attibele, Hosur and Mysore regions.
Develop and manage relationships with industries, crushers, fleet owners, and channel partners.
Meet directly with decision-makers to generate business and close sales.
Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure timely payment collection.
Conduct market research and provide competitor insights.
Share regular sales updates with management.
Requirements:
*Immediate joiner
with current/previous experience in lubricants sales.
*Must have successfully closed sales with industries, crushers, and fleet operators
Strong communication and customer convincing skills.
Languages: Must know
Kannada, Hindi, and English
. Tamil and other languages are an added advantage.
Willingness to travel within the territory.
Those without direct/current sales experience in lubricants need not apply.
