You'll meet architects, builders, and organizations, understand their space needs, and offer the perfect Kean Daxili solution -- from furniture to full-scale interiors.

Key Responsibilities



1. Client Outreach & Market Expansion

Build new business opportunities by visiting architects, corporates, institutions, and developers.

Develop long-term relationships with clients and decision-makers.

Maintain a healthy pipeline of ongoing and upcoming projects.

2. Product Showcase & Consultative Selling

Present furniture, lighting, and interior solutions using samples, catalogues, and visuals.

Understand client requirements and suggest product combinations that fit their design and budget.

Coordinate with the design and estimation teams to prepare customized proposals.

3. Sales Closure & Negotiation

Follow up on proposals, negotiate pricing, and finalize orders.

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.

Ensure a smooth transition from order confirmation to execution.

4. Coordination & Client Satisfaction

Work closely with logistics, design, and execution teams for timely delivery and installation.

Handle client feedback professionally and ensure complete satisfaction.

5. Market Intelligence & Reporting

Keep track of competitors, new products, and local trends.

Submit weekly sales and collection reports to your reporting manager.

What You'll Need



Excellent communication & presentation skills.

Confidence to interact with architects, project heads, and business owners.

A go-getter mindset with hunger to achieve targets.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM tools (Zoho preferred).

A two-wheeler & readiness to travel across the region.
