Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven

B2B Sales Executive

with hands-on experience in

CCTV, networking, or ELV solutions.

The ideal candidate should be passionate about technology, confident in building client relationships, and capable of driving business growth through consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and generate new B2B sales opportunities for

CCTV, networking, and security system solutions.

Meet with clients (corporates, institutions, builders, etc.) to understand their requirements and propose suitable solutions. Collaborate with the technical team to prepare proposals, quotations, and solution presentations. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain long-term relationships with customers through regular follow-ups. Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and new product launches.

Requirements:



Minimum

1 year of experience

in

B2B sales

, preferably in

CCTV, networking, or ELV systems.

Strong understanding of IT & security system components (IP cameras, NVRs, switches, routers, cabling, etc.). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
